Reco — Terms of Service

By installing or using the Reco app ("the App") you agree to these terms.
The service
The App lets Shopify merchants add a WhatsApp chat button to their storefront and send WhatsApp messages (for example abandoned-cart reminders, order confirmations, and shipping updates) through the WhatsApp Business Platform.
Merchant responsibilities
- Only message customers who have given consent, and honor opt-outs.
- Comply with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy and applicable laws (including GDPR, TCPA, and local messaging regulations).
- Keep your WhatsApp Business account in good standing with Meta.
Fees
Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system at the prices shown in the App. Meta may charge conversation fees separately through your WhatsApp Business account.
Availability and liability
The App is provided "as is". We depend on third-party platforms (Shopify, Meta/WhatsApp) and do not guarantee uninterrupted service or message delivery. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the App in the preceding three months.
Termination
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend service for abuse, non-payment, or violation of WhatsApp's policies.
